Zoho optimization for Omnikin Solutions

Zoho optimization for Omnikin Solutions

Project plan – Zoho One implementation

Client: Omnikin

Deployment lead: Nuagix

1. Project context and objective

This project covers the implementation of Zoho One at Omnikin, in order to centralize, optimize and structure all of its operations related to contact, event, lead, marketing and sales follow-up management.

The main objective is to give Omnikin a single, consistent and scalable platform, able to support:

  • the company's growth

  • the spread and adoption of Kin-Ball among schools and organizations

  • efficient management of lead-generating events

Nuagix acts as the end-to-end deployment lead, from design to go-live, including guidance, training and support.

2. Omnikin – The client

Omnikin is an internationally recognized company for its central role in the development, manufacturing and distribution of equipment related to Kin-Ball, a fast-growing collaborative sport, particularly in schools and institutions.

Broader mission

Beyond selling products, Omnikin pursues an educational and social mission :
👉 to promote the adoption of Kin-Ball as a tool for collective, inclusive and educational development.

Events (demonstrations, training sessions, school tours, institutional partnerships) are a strategic pillar of this mission. They enable:

  • awareness of Kin-Ball

  • lasting relationships with schools and organizations

  • long-term generation of qualified leads

The expansion of Kin-Ball is therefore directly aligned with Omnikin's success. To support this growth, Omnikin needs a solid, centralized and measurable technology infrastructure.

3. Current challenges – Before Zoho One

Before the project, Omnikin used several separate tools, including:

  • HubSpot (CRM / partial tracking)

  • Mailchimp (communications)

  • Unbounce (landing pages)

  • Zapier (automations)

  • Other satellite tools

Observed limitations

  • Fragmented and sometimes duplicated data

  • Complex and fragile automations

  • Difficulty linking events → leads → follow-ups → results

  • Partial view of the full journey of school organizations

  • A lot of time spent on technical management rather than on the mission

This proliferation of tools hurts operational efficiency and the ability to measure the real impact of field activities.

4. Target vision – After Zoho One

With Zoho One, Omnikin moves to a unified platform covering the entire cycle:

After Zoho One

  • A single centralized database

  • Complete management of lead-generating events

  • Structured tracking of schools, organizations and partners

  • Native automation of communications and follow-ups

  • Clear dashboards on impact and growth

  • Drastic reduction of third-party tools and indirect costs

Zoho One thus becomes a true strategic lever, serving the mission of expanding Kin-Ball.

5. Nuagix – Deployment lead

Nuagix is a Zoho partner and acts as the project conductor. Its role includes:

  • Needs analysis and process mapping

  • Zoho One solution architecture

  • Module configuration

  • Data migration and structuring

  • Team training

  • Post-deployment support

Nuagix ensures the solution remains aligned with Omnikin's mission, and not the other way around.
