Zoho covers the shift from conversational AI (which simply answers questions) to agentic AI: systems that plan, decide, and act autonomously to complete multi-step tasks. Instead of waiting for a prompt, an agent understands a goal, works out the steps needed to reach it, and executes them itself (calling APIs, reading and writing data), looping until the task is done.
The session introduces Zia Agents and the future of AI-assisted work, then walks through building a first agent from scratch, with real business use cases.

• Agentic AI differs from conversational AI in its ability to act autonomously across multiple steps, not just respond.
• Zia Agents (Zoho) are positioned as the building block for this kind of automation directly within the Zoho One ecosystem.
• A section is dedicated to trust: what criteria make it possible to trust an agent acting on its own (reliability, control, transparency of actions).
• Most of the video (starting at 10:11) is a hands-on demo: building an agent from scratch and walking through real business use cases.
